Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 2026

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event date.

2. Venue Requirements & Space

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides:

• A flat, stable ground area of at least 2.5m x 2.5m for the 360 booth.
• Access to a standard 240V mains power socket within 10 meters.
• Sheltered, indoor coverage if outdoors (gear cannot operate in rain or open damp areas).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the £100 deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days of the event require full payment. Rescheduling requests are accepted subject to availability at no extra charge if made 30+ days prior.

4. Damage & Conduct

We reserve the right to pause or cease equipment operation if guest behaviour compromises staff safety or risks damage to the equipment. The client is liable for any deliberate damage caused by their guests.

5. Audio Guestbook Content

Vibe360 is not responsible for the content of voicemail recordings left by guests. The client accepts full responsibility for messages recorded during their event.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
